Could I be any more behind?!?! I apologize to Geeky Speaky and to the stars the past two weeks for my being a big huge, exhausted dork. This should catch me up for this weekend! Now, can I manage to get the next one posted before Sunday? I will try my best, but weekends have been rough around here lately. This is going to be another two for one special post to help move things along.

I completed missed Stephanie’s Supahstar Saturday, and I visit her blog, Home with the Kids, at least once a week. I can’t believe I didn’t notice this (smacks self in the head.) Like me Stephanie works from home and uses her blog to air those thoughts that are just floating around in your head. You know, sometimes it helps to feel like you’re talking to other adults and not just to yourself! Besides that blogging is fun! Stephanie’s site has tips and news for work at home parents, and the blog is and extension of that. You’ll see that she works hard for her family and for her readers!

And then we have Doris and her blog Life, Passion, Travel and More. I’ve bumped into Doris in the internet world before too. Amazing how I can say I “bumped into” someone that’s living in Singapore! Ah the power of internet. We both participate in Self Portrait Sunday at Digi-Cass and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen her at a few other forums I go to as well. I have to say that Doris is way better at taking her own picture than I am for SPS, and she has a great smile!

Both these gals have great blogs that I’m sure you’ll enjoy! Stop by and check them out today. Supahstar Saturday is hosted by Geeky Speaky ~ make sure you read the rules for participation and join the fun and meet some great bloggers, all while promoting your blog.

This week’s supahstar is Rox with Dragons and Dreams. Where shall I begin? First of all anyone that’s fan enough of dragons to have them in their blog name and header is supahstar to me ;) It’s no secret that I love dragons too. One of the first things you’re going to notice and hear a lot about is Rox’s other half Storm and his artwork! He can take anything you own and turn it into an airbrushed masterpiece! Check out this guitar Storm did. It’s awesome! Rox also has three girls that she home schools, and she’s got a much greener thumb than I do that’s for sure! She’s a brave mommy to home school her three little ones, braver than I at least! So, go meet Rox and check our Dragons and Dreams, I promise the dragon doesn’t bite.

As you can probably tell I totally missed a Supahstar! My apologies to Deb, at Surviving NJ. Deb is an awesome friend, and I can’t believe I forgot to blog her being supahstar! For that I shall take away my internet browsing privileges for the rest of the day. *smacks hand*

One of Deb’s coolest features is Untamed Tuesday where you’ll hear about a variety of animals, rescue programs for them, and more. Check out this one on the squirrels! How cute are they?!

Deb is “surviving NJ“, so you’re going to hear about NJ a bit in her blog too. But, that’s not all you’ll read about. There’s a whole section devoted just to Disney and travel! Sprinkle in some family, chaos of life, stir…and whala ~ Deb! :) Don’t forget to check out her Disney pics in the Disney section, she took some great ones!

I just realized I forgot to post last Saturday’s Supahstar, Cass! Shame on me! So here I am posting on an actual Saturday for a change and giving you a two-for-one-special with these two awesome Supahstars Cass & Cecile.

Last week’s Supahstar would be Cass at Midlife Musings. You’ll quickly notice in her about me section that she is a mom of
eight children, and that alone makes her blogs interesting to read! See, and you thought I was all crazy with my four kids…she has twice as many! But, Cass’s kids are much more spread out in age than mine are (and they’re all pretty darn cute too!) I have noticed in reading her blog that we have a lot of the same views on cooking, but I bet Cass is a better cook than I am. I’ve only really gotten into cooking in the past year or so, before that either my hubby cooked, or if I had to cook we had grilled cheese or take out! I’m one of those people that is guilty of burning water. But, I can bake like a crazy woman! We even make our tea the same. Gotta have tea! Cass does some work from home to supplement the family income, which is of course is how I met her in the first place. And after all that, she still has time to read, knit, and home school her beautiful children! I think her day might have more hours in it than mine does, or maybe she has a time machine hiding in her closet.

And this week’s Supastar is Cecile at Work at Home Musings. One of Cecile’s recent blog entries introduced me to Quilt’s of Valor, which I will be writing more about soon. As you might have guessed by her blog title she also works from home and you’ll find a bit of that in her blog. Amongst the family and business topics you’ll find plenty of interesting things to read on Cecile’s blog, and it’s got a fun sunny theme to it so it might brighten your mood a bit too! She has this cool Question of the Week feature for work at home bloggers, that I’m going to have to try and get involved in too! Check it out ;)

I hope you have enjoyed this once in a lifetime two-for-one-special on awesome bloggers, don’t forget to bookmark or add them to your feed readers.

This week’s Supahstar is Lisa at Hippie Spelunker. Oh, yeah. About the spelunking. Don’t worry there’s not going to be a bunch of spelunking going on over there, in fact there’s no spelunking at all. Lisa just really likes the word spelunking a lot. Okay, I admit it, it’s a fun word to say. Spelunking! Now that I’ve got that out of the way, more about Lisa and her blog. You’ll find Lisa and I are both replanted wahm’s, having moved from our cozy spaces into vast new areas, and I don’t think either of us likes it very much, but we’re adjusting to our new states. Lisa’s managed to get up there with Cha Cha and she’s a great guide. I on the other hand am a Cha Cha flunkie. LOL And best of all is Lisa’s love of reading, and sharing her reading passion with kids through her home business. Go on now, go meet Lisa and remember to bookmark her or add her to your google reader! She’s a bit of a character sometimes, but that’s what makes her so lovable! I’m sure you’ll enjoy having Lisa around as much as I do. Yes, I am very aware that today is Monday. Weekends are a bit crazy around here and this weekend we were gone pretty much all day on Saturday after karate we went to Olive Garden and out shopping and by time we got home it was time for the lunar eclipse. Onto the Supahstar!

This weeks Supahstar is Suni at Bucket O’ Bulletz. Suni has a big heart and it shows through and through in everything she does. She’s a very active blogger and you’ll find that she has more than one blog. She even helps organize the postie carnival you see me mention from time to time. Since you’re there already, like her blog theme? I know you do, cause it’s awesome and she made it herself. If you ask her nicely (and pay her) I bet she’ll make you one too! (more…)

It’s that time again. It’s a good thing Supahstar Saturday gives you all week to get your blog post up, because I am running so behind this week. Ethan is sick with a crazy fever and I’ve only got bits and pieces of time to get in here and blog and get some work done. Thank goodness for the laptop and wireless router.

This week’s Supahstar is Amy and her blog Whatever I Feel Like. From the minute I saw her blog title I loved her blog before I even read it for the first time! And she quickly made her way into my google reader as a regular blog read. She’s got two great school age boys and knows the trails and tribulations of raising boys with big academic differences. It can be rough having different expectations for your kids sometimes and I know she gets that mommy worry feeling when report cards come about. Recently they added a cute chocolate lab name Grace to the family mix! She is so adorable. I love labs, they have such a great family friendly personality and Grace is no exception to that, you can see her puppy smile in her pictures. On top of all that, her busy life, work, kids, and cute furry critters, she somehow manages to have fabulous style. Stop by Whatever I Feel Like and meet Amy for yourself!Supahstar Saturday is hosted by Geeky Speaky ~ make sure you read the rules for participation and join the fun and meet some great bloggers, all while promoting your blog.

I got to be the very first Supahstar last weekend over on my personal general blog, and it was a fantastic week. My technorati and alexa stats increased, and on top of that I got a little ego boost from reading about myself online all week. It was fun visiting everyone and seeing which parts of my blog the enjoyed the most.

So this week Marcus will be in the disco ball spotlight light with his blog, My Thoughts. You’ll notice that he is a sports guy, and he does fantasy football. I won’t hold that against him though, he’s a great guy anyhow ~lol~ He’s a pretty busy guy too! Currently Marcus is working and blogging for living and going to back to school all at the same time. He’s even got a bit of a creative side to him.Supahstar Saturday is hosted by Geeky Speaky ~ make sure you read the rules for participation and join the fun and meet some great bloggers, all while promoting your blog.
