  1. Great video! I never would have know how to fold it to make the flakes so pretty! I think I’ll have to check out the post for ideas on how to cut it. I bet if you added glitter to those or used shiny silver paper it would be even better!! Thanks! I love getting more inspiration!!

  2. I know – I was really surprised to see that the trick is in the folding, not the cutting! Glitter is a great idea! And I think we have some, too – awesome! Thanks for the idea! :) And thanks for the comment!

LOL Chris Gardner must have had the same 2nd grade teacher I did! I’ve been using this technique since grade school. You need to make sure you have sturdy scissors, cos the 60* fold makes an extra layer.

this is a awesome idea soon as im off the computer im going to try it.. I ama going to add to you design by using a adhesive and glitter to make them really sparkel.

  5. Thanks for the tip Moondragon!! That’s funny you’ve been making them for so long! :)

That will be really pretty, Kathy!!

  6. Wow, right now, I am on my fourth snowflake. This definitely beats just folding and half and cutting triangles.

  7. Awesome – glad to hear you had fun with it, CrazyChick! Sorry I missed this comment!!
