Question 1. Why is this going to my Paypal account if it’s for someone else? That’s an easy one. Because they do not have a Paypal account, or an internet connection, or a home computer. I will make the payment for them via phone to the electric company using my Paypal debit card.

Question 2. How much is needed to stop the shut off? $802 is what the electric company is asking for. I’m hoping that even if we don’t reach the full $802 that the effort to pay as much as possible by the 25th will be helpful in keeping it on and gaining as much extension as possible.
