This is a very tiny, pixel-perfect Pac Man cross stitch that I made. The pattern was created from an old Pac Man screen shot that I found online. Not sure what count the Aida cloth is, but I had to separate my thread into single strands.
What can I say, I grew up in the 80’s. I <3 PacMan, so the retro geek in me is in love with this little cross stitch design. Kudos to the stitcher!

I love this! The similarities between pixel art (computers and video games) and crafts like cross-stitch and knitting is very interesting, and I love seeing what people do with it. They’re almost the same, so it’s very easy to convert one to the other, which is strange because they’re two very different things!

Ah Excellent, I know some if my friends would like that. They go all out for “geek” tee shirts and memorabilia. I will point them to your site.
Fantastically retro! I’d much rather have that on my wall than a painting or something else, it’s fantastic.
Yeah Joy.. The cross stitch art works looks like a pixel art.
I could remember the time when I am playing Pacman game on my aunts PC. It made me shout every time the villain is coming…
I also love retro video games and really enjoy it when folks incorporate them into crafts. So far, I’ve come across a Pac Man cake and a Mario Bros quilt. This is the first cross-stitch, though. Thanks for finding it!
