Appropriately titled, this single gorgeous iris is just one of many beautiful iris cross stitch designs by Marc Saastad of Silver Lining. I love Irises, they are an amazing and beautiful flower. Marc captures them in such perfect elegance his designs jump off the fabric at you. You can’t help but reach out to touch them because they are just so life like in person.

Of course that’s not all you’ll find from Silver Lining. There are plenty of other lifelike flowers, lighthouses, and some other designs as well. Another quick favorite for me is that Paphiopedilum design, a gorgeous orchid. Orchids fascinate me too. I don’t know what it is about them, they must be one of the most oddly shaped flowers yet they are so beautiful.
